Who gives licenses for giant public LCD screens in London ? - lcd installation

I would like to know who authorized the installation of these giant LCD panels in London? And the conditions?

I assume two things about this question answered before so please let me know if I'm wrong.

Firstly, I assume we are talking about large screens in London, Piccadilly Circus. Secondly, suppose you want to advertise on one of them to install not really.

If you proclaim themselves that Clear Channel operates at least one of the LCD panels in Piccadilly Circus.

I'm not 100% positive, but I think some of the other boards can McDonald's, LG, Coca-Cola will be closed by the chairmen of their ads appear to be connected and nothing else.

If you are actually one of their boards of ACL installation may be worth asking Clear Channel to the requirements, regardless of their intentions to know.

Furthermore, are in the case of LCDs on all subways in London and on public transport owned and operated by CBS Outdoor. There are also tables of small LCD (a little smaller than usual boards), managed by JCDecaux in London.
